- Returning the Product: Safely package the damaged product, following the provided instructions for return.
- Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned damaged product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If a product is used, we do not offer a refund, as we are unable to resell used items to other customers.
